Percussion&Bytes - Concert for percussion & electronic music

Fusing a percussion ensemble with electronic music transgresses all musical boundaries. Within a unique concert ambience the audience takes part in a journey through the music history of the 20th and 21st century.

Works from Edgar Varèse, Luigi Nono, Anthony Pateras, Pietro Luca Congedo, John Cage, Alex Buess, Keitaro Takahashi, Jacopo Baboni Schilingi, Achim Chrisian Bornhöft, Francesco Maria Paradiso and Iannis Xenakis will be performed.

The concert is organized in cooperation with the symphony orchestra Basel and the Electronic Studio of the Music Academy Basel.
